You can return most items you have purchased from our store within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, providing they are returned in the same resalable condition to which they were shipped to you and that they are not personalised items that you ordered, see personalised items below,

To return your non-personalised items:
You do not need to contact us to return any non-personalised items unless you wish to do so, we do not cover the costs of returns, please send your returns to the address below with a covering letter that includes your name, address, order number, reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Once your items arrive back we will issue a refund or exchange, this can take up to 72 hours and can only take place once the items have arrived back.

Personalised items:
Personalised items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund unless there is a mistake our end with the personalisation, for example a spelling mistake, wrong colour that does not match the order form etc., if the mistake is our end you can return for a full refund or exchange, Personalised items cannot be returned for example because you change your mind or you do not like it now etc.,, A personalised item is tailor made for you and you only under the instructions you provide when checking out, this makes it non-resalable and is not covered for a basic return.

We aim to ship all items within 24 hours, however during busy periods it can take a little longer, items like hotfix rhinestones are never delayed, but personalised items can be, the longest we can take to ship a personalised item is 7 days even though we do usually ship them within 24 hours, we do not charge extra on personalised items for the 7 day range, as you may know companies charge a fee for a personalised item to be shipped within 14 days so as you can see this is a perfect service from Amour Rocks as we have the diamante fashion specialists here each and every day to complete your order we do not sub-contract the work.
